The Hoff, Cancelled TV & Fave Doc Dramas

It’s Tuesday…the day when lots of music and DVD’s get released. So for all of yesterday’s  Ben Stiller birthday wishers, the really good news is that Ben’s movie Night At The Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian is out on DVD today. Now, for some more good news: Baywatch star David Hasselhoff is “Totally fine and home with his kids”, according to his attorney. The actor/singer/America’s Got Talent judge was hospitalized for undisclosed medical reasons, but he’s recuperating. Meanwhile, in not-so-good news, The Hoff’s ex-wife Pamela Bach was arrested on suspicion of DUI this past weekend …talk about family stress during the holidays.  And now for the bad news —  if you happen to be a fan of TV’s Three Rivers. It seems CBS has pulled the freshman show from their lineup, without much further comment. Similarly, TNT has pulled the plug on the legal drama Raising The Bar, which wasn’t performing up to snuff. It’s genuinely difficult to create a top notch medical or legal drama these days, on account of the whole been-there-done-that thing.  (So does this mean we bring on more reality TV? Hmmm). Anyway, with this in mind, let’s take a look at a few doctor shows that haven’t been axed …or at least ones which enjoyed healthy, robust lives. Now voice your choice in today’s featured poll and tell us which of these medical dramas is your favorite.

1) ER

2) Grey’s Anatomy

3) House

4) Private Practice
