A supercharged Vincent (Jay Ryan) is about to get some supercharged, new digs.
When Beauty and the Beast returns for season two, Vincent will be moving to a ritzy houseboat. We’ve got your exclusive first look at the abode.
The houseboat—which is slated to pop-up in the second episode of the season called “Reunion”—looks impressively high-tech but not exactly homey. (Also, where does this leave Vin’s long-time roomie J.T.? We don’t see a second bedroom…)
Vincent’s address isn’t the only thing that’s changing when the series returns. Though Vincent manages to evade his captors in the premiere, it’s not long before we see how much the abduction has transformed him. As we previously teased, not only will his scar be gone, but so will his memory.
So, what does this mean for his relationship with Catherine (Kristin Kreuk)? Well, let’s just say there’s no need to be too disheartened. Though he may not remember her, the duo still manage to have quite a few swoon-worthy moments in the premiere. We asked fans a few days ago what other scoops they wanted to know about the premiere, keep reading for more teasers…
How have J.T. and Cat’s lives been without Vincent? — Deb
The premiere picks up three months after Vincent was abducted, and we learn very quickly that Cat and J.T. have been searching for him the entire time. In fact, Cat has been so focused on finding Vincent, that she put her own life—and emotions—on hold. Let’s just say our Beauty is in dire need of a good cry before the end of the episode…
How is the lack of the precinct going to factor in the show; where is Vincent’s scar? Will he have flashbacks of Cat? — Steph
Since we can’t give away everything, we’ll only answer two out of your three questions (seems fair right?). Though Cat hasn’t exactly been on top of her detective duties, she does make a trip to the precinct in the premiere. As for flashbacks? No. Vin doesn’t have flashes of his past with Cat, but as we teased before, that’s not to say he doesn’t feel a connection with her. Bonus scoop: Vin may or may not have a mini version of this moment when he sees Cat.
I know there’s a kiss between them..is it a dream or is the kiss real? — yolyco
In that case, we’ll only say this: There is a dream sequence in the episode, but it’s not at all romantic. We’re pretty sure you can figure it out from there…(hint, hint, hint!).
Season two of Beauty and the Beast premieres on the CW on Monday, Oct. 7 at 8 p.m. ET.
