After 22 years of monologues, Tonight Show host Jay Leno bid his audience one final goodnight last night. The finale included the customary heartfelt goodbye from the departing host, as well as a slew of celebrities cameos. Matt Damon, Miley Cyrus and even President Obama offered Leno some hilarious advice on what to do with his sudden abundance of free time. President Obama, who was the target of many a monologue jokes during Leno’s Tonight Show tenure, genially suggested sending the host to Antarctica. Bundle up!

The celebrity appearances weren’t just limited to the pre-tape though, Billy Crystal stopped by to give Leno a star-studded musical sendoff as he led the “Shut Your Von Trapp Family Singers” in a Sound of Music parody that said “so long, farewell, au Wiedersehen, good night” featuring Jack Black, Kim Kardashian, Chris Paul, Sheryl Crow, Carol Burnett and Oprah Winfrey.
