Pretty Little Liars executive producer Marlene King knows expectations are high ahead of tonight’s season five finale — and she’s pulling out all the stops to deliver.

In an exclusive interview with ET Online, King confirmed that tonight’s episode will have the “biggest reveal we’ve ever given so far.”

That has to mean fans will finally find out who “A” is, right? King wouldn’t confirm, but she did drop at least one major detail about the series’ mystery villain: “A” has a soul.

“It’s not just pulling off the mask of ‘A’, it’s really finding out that ‘A’ is human too and ‘A’ has a soul like anyone else,” King told ET.

Describing the finale as “the most sophisticated, most ambitious, and by far the most edgy episode to date,” King promised it will send the series in a new and interesting direction, and hinted that the long-running “A” storyline is finally nearing its end.

“In so many ways you will know who this person is, but I will say there is just a little bit more story to tell after the episode — not a lot of story, but a little bit,” King said.

Needless to say, we can’t wait to see it all unfold.

Pretty Little Liars airs Tuesday, March 24 at 8 p.m. on ABC Family.
