Get ready to spend the holidays with your favorite Gilmore Girls! Netflix has just announced that we can expect the upcoming Gilmore Girls revival to hit our screens this November!
According to Variety, fans can expect all four 90-minute episodes of Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life to premiere online at midnight, pacific standard time on Friday, November 25.
In addition to letting fans in on when we can expect to return to the world of Stars Hollow, Netflix also released a brand new trailer which features a short clip of Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and Rory (Alexis Bledel) sitting at their kitchen table doing what they do best: bantering about pop culture!
The cute clip features the Gilmores arguing over whether or not Lorelai and funny girl Amy Schumer would get along. When Rory replies with a simple no, Lorelai goes on to plead her case.
“Why? It’s not like I’m perpetually armed, or at sundown I turn into one of those vampires with no sense of humor, or I have that plant strapped to me that only blooms once every ten years and smells disgusting,” rambles Lorelai.
The pair banter until Rory reasons that they wouldn’t be the best of friends, siting the comedian’s penchant for enjoying water sports as a point of conflict. Lorelai, however, is quick to bounce back and turns the subject over to Last Week Tonight host, John Oliver.
