It was more than twelve years ago when JoJo burst onto the scene with her debut hit single “Get Out (Leave).” Now, she’s set to take the music world by storm once again.
Earlier this month, the Massachusetts-hailing singer took to Twitter to announce she’s working on her new album, but she used a hilarious analogy to do it.
“My ex is married and having a baby. I’m over here married to MUSIC and pregnant with this ALBUM,” JoJo wrote.
Now, it seems she’s keeping the joke going as the songstress posted a pregnancy test on her Instagram with the date October 14, 2016 on it.
In a following post, JoJo unveiled the first single off the upcoming album as well as the LP’s title.
“Can’t believe it’s finally here I’m so excited,” wrote JoJo about the release of the the single, which features Wiz Khalifa. “First single off my upcoming album MAD LOVE.”
The Atlantic Records signee has released two mixtapes in in recent, 2010’s Can’t Take That Away From Me and 2012’s Agápe, but Mad Love will mark JoJo’s first full length album in ten years. Her last album, The High Road, dropped in 2006 in the midst of turmoil with her former labels, Blackground Records and Da Family.
