Clearly, Canadian singers stick together!

Justin Bieber might be focusing on his own world tour at the moment, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have time to show some love for fellow Canadian crooner, Shawn Mendes.

In fact, the “Sorry” singer is all about promoting his friend and fellow pop star. On Wednesday, the 22-year-old singer gave Mendes the ultimate shoutout, tweeting a message to his fans to go out ASAP and buy the singer’s new album, Illuminate.

“Go get #illuminate @ShawnMendes,” Bieber first posted on Wednesday morning.

As if Bieber’s first tweet wasn’t motivating enough, the singer followed up with a message explaining just what he likes so much about Mendes’ music.

“Shawn Mendes voice makes me smile,” he then tweeted. “Truly a gift to be able to move peoples emotions through songs! So proud of you brother! Great album!”

Bieber even went as far as posting the link to the iTunes store so his fans could easily support the 18-year-old singer.

The “Stitches” singer obviously responded to Bieber’s kind words tweeting, “Ah man! Thank you SO much Truly thank you!” We can’t get enough of this bromance, it’s so cute!

Mendes announced Illuminate’s release on social media in late September and it has already hit number one on the Billboard 200 list, beating out Drake’s Views and even the Suicide Squad soundtrack, Rolling Stone reported.

Maybe Mendes’ next album will have both Niall Horan, which he’s already talked about working with, and Bieber as collaborators. Then all of our teenage dreams would come true.
