The ‘This Is Us’ Cast Recreated That Push-Up Moment And You Won’t Be Able To Stop Crying

This Is Us is known for its ability to make fans cry throughout every episode and Tuesday’s “The Trip” was no different.

The most memorable moment — without giving too much away — was when Randall (Sterling K. Brown) had an imaginary conversation with his father, Jack (Milo Ventimigilia), as viewers saw flashbacks of Jack and Rebecca (Mandy Moore) trying to figure out how to deal with a young Randall wanting to know his birth parents are.

The touching part was when Jack brought Randall to a martial arts class where he was told to do push-ups. Jack had Randall on his back signifying that he would always hold his son up no matter who his birth parents were.

Seriously, we’re tearing up just thinking about it.

Now that you’re all caught up, and more in love with the NBC drama, we’ve got even more feel-good news for you.

The cast decided to get in on the sweet push-up moment and posted videos of themselves holding one another on their backs, because clearly the cast is already like a real family.

“I got you @sterlingkb1. Always brother. #ThisIsUs. MV,” Ventimigilia tweeted along with a video of him holding Brown on his back.

“… And I got you, pop,” Brown responded with a video of his own, carrying his TV dad on his back.

Justin Hartley, who plays Randall’s grown-up brother, Kevin, on the show also got in on the bromantic moment.
“.@MiloVentimiglia and I got @JustinHartley too. He ain’t heavy, he’s my brother. #ThisIsUs, Brown wrote on one video of him holding Hartley.

Hartley returned the favor and did push-ups with Brown on his back and their TV dad re-posted it. “.@sterlingkb1 look how easy @justinhartley crushes these. My boys are studs. #ThisIsUs. MV,” the Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life actor wrote.

Come on, these guys are too much! All the push-ups, all the love, we just can’t get enough.
