Bones has officially wrapped filming and it’s so bittersweet.

The cast of Bones shot their last scene of the series this past week, and they’ve been taking to social media to commemorate the occasion.

Stars David Boreanaz, TJ Thyne, and Michaela Conlin each took to social media to share their emotional farewells to the FOX crime drama, which first premiered in 2005.

The 12th and final season of Bones premieres next month, so luckily, fans have a little more time before they need to start thinking about their own emotional farewells to the series. Until then, take a look at the casts’ posts below — and get ready for a good cry.

“Thank you Dr. Jack Stanley Hodgins IV. It was an honor to play you these past dozen years. Truly so. Good night, good bye. Adieu. AND…scene,” T.J. Thyne, who plays Jack Hodgins, captioned a photo of him sitting on the steps of the Jeffersonian lab.

“Series wrap on Angela Montenegro. Pics from my first day on set and one of the last! Thank you @BonesonFOX for this remarkable experience,” Michaela Conlin, who plays Angela, tweeted on Tuesday.

The show’s leading man, Agent Seeley Booth, played by David Boreanaz, also took fans on an emotional farewell journey.

The 47-year-old actor shared a group selfie, which included a LOT of our favorite Bones characters last week in preparation for the end. He also posted a goodbye photo with his on-screen partner-in crime, Emily Deschanel, who plays Temperance “Bones” Brennan.

Plus, he gave fans a glimpse at that finale scene that we are dreading, but also very excited to watch. It’s of Booth and Bones at the same spot the pilot was filmed and we have chills after watching it.
