Michael Weatherly Reveals What He Misses Most About ‘NCIS’

Michael Weatherly has been killing it on his new TV show, Bull, but that doesn’t mean he still doesn’t think about his NCIS days.

In fact, when Weatherly sat down with TV Line to talk about the return of Bull, which picks up this week with episode 10, he opened up about the other CBS show that we all remember him being on.

The 48-year-old actor played Anthony DiNozzo for 13 seasons and he is definitely missed by fans and his cast mates alike. The feeling is mutual for Weatherly, who revealed the one thing he misses most about his old set.

“You know, I miss that specific camaraderie,” Weatherly told TV Line’s Matt Webb Mitovich in an interview. “I miss the people and smiles, the laughter. But I have had some good laughs on Bull!

While we do miss seeing Weatherly on the Navy crime series every week, we are so happy he was on it for so long. And while Weatherly still looks back fondly on his old show, he seems to be content with his decision to depart the drama when he did.

“I felt very satiated by my experience at NCIS. As I said to you last time, it was a full circle and I felt ready to move on, and that has definitely been the case,” Weatherly added about his time and exit from NCIS. “I have no remorse of misgivings about what went down.”

Plus, the New York native is still on the network and kicking butt on his new show so we really can’t complain as fans.

Bull airs Tuesdays on CBS at 9 p.m.
