It’s been 11 years since fans were first introduced to teen stars Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale in the Disney Movie smash hit, High School Musical, and yet we still can’t get enough of these TV-movie-frenemies turned real-life best friends.

Tisdale, 31, hosts a weekly home performance sessions on her YouTube channel and after many online requests, finally invited her bff Hudgens, 28, to join in on the fun.

“We’re really excited to do this because this is actually our first duet together,” explained Ashley in the beginning of the vid posted Tuesday (Jan 3). “We did not have a song together in High School Musical.”

The pair decided to perform a rendition of Elle King’s 2015 single “Ex’s and Oh’s.” Sitting on a makeshift fort straight out of an Anthropologie ad and accompanied by an acoustic guitar (played by Tisdale’s hubby, Chris French), Tisdale took on the first verse before the ladies shared the chorus. Vanessa then handled the second verse with ethereal ease before Tisdale hits her high note in the bridge. The clip ends with the girls giggling in what seems like it could have been straight out of a HSM sleepover scene.

The YouTube clip has already surpassed 1 million views and counting, proving this musical union was a long time coming in the eyes of HSM diehards. Check out the sweet yet sassy duet on YouTube now.
