Vanessa Marano just had the most adorable Switched At Birth reunion over the weekend.

The actress, who plays Bay Kennish on the hit Freeform drama reunited with her on-screen mom, actress Lea K. Thompson, at a 2017 Golden Globes afterparty on Sunday (Jan. 8). Lucky for us, the pair were able to snap a cute picture together amidst the hustle and bustle of the night!

“Reunited with @leakthompson!” wrote Marano in the caption where she also hashtagged the photo with #tvmom.

Seeing these two hanging out together might undoubtedly feel a bit bittersweet for fans of Switched At Birth. After four seasons on air, the drama, which tells the story of two teens who were switched at birth and grew up in totally different environments, is set to wrap things up with a fifth and final season.

Series creator Lizzy Weiss took to Twitter back in August of 2016 to let fans know that they could expect season 5 to premiere on Freeform on Jan. 24.

“I HAVE NEWS! The 5th & final season of #SwitcheatBirth – including our 100th episode – airs Tuesday, January 24th!” tweeted the showrunner.

Despite the fact that we’ll soon have to say farewell to Switched At Birth, it’s clear the series is going out with a bang. Amidst the final 10 episode run, the series will also celebrate it’s milestone 100th episode, before concluding with a big 90-minute series finale special.

Switched At Birth returns to Freeform for season 5 on Tuesday, Jan. 24.
