The big night has finally arrived! That’s right, after months of voting for all of your favorite stars in movies, television, music, and digital, the time has come to celebrate all of this year’s winners, as voted by YOU, at People’s Choice Awards 2017!

With so many of our favorite celebrities set to attend, and a few killer musical performances planned, this year’s awards stands poised to be one of the best yet! And if you’ve tuned in to any of the People’s Choice Awards in the past, you’ll know that the best part about this special night is that you never know what’s going to happen!

But just in case you need a bit more of an incentive to tune in, we’ve compiled a list of reasons why tonight’s People’s Choice Awards 2017 is one you definitely won’t want to miss!

1. Joel McHale will be hosting.

The Great Indoors actor is well known for his hilarious brand of comedy which he’s brilliantly showcased over the years via shows like NBC’s Community and E!’s The Soup. Something tells us Joel McHale is bound to have us all doubled over in stitches from laughing so much when he takes over the mic tonight!

2. Ellen DeGeneres could become the most-decorated People’s Choice winners ever.

History has its eyes on everyone’s favorite daytime talkshow host, Ellen DeGeneres. The beloved host is nominated in three categories this year including Favorite Animated Movie Voice, Favorite Daytime TV Host, and Favorite Comedic Collaboration. If she wins in just one of those categories, Ellen will officially become the most decorated People’s Choice Awards winner in history.

3. You won’t want to miss Fifth Harmony’s first performance as a quartet!

As sad as it was to hear that Camila Cabello had left the group, we think we speak for all Harmonizers when we say we’re excited to see the girls bring the house down for the first time as a foursome! Fifth Harmony is known for their energetic performances and something tells us we’ll all be itching to dance along when the ladies take the stage!

4. Not to mention an amazing performance by Blake Shelton.

In addition to what promises to be a stellar performance, we’re also looking forward to seeing if you voted for Blake Shelton to win Favorite Male Country Artist yet again! The coach of The Voice celebrated his first ever People’s Choice Award victory by winning Favorite Male Country Artist in 2016 and we’re sure he’s itching to know if he’s still the reigning champion!

People’s Choice Awards 2017 airs live tonight from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles at 9/8c (delayed PT) on CBS.
