Harmonizers weren’t the only ones shocked to hear of Camila Cabello’s departure from Fifth Harmony. In fact, fellow pop group Little Mix were just as surprised to learn of the news when it all went down in December of 2016.
The British girl group made an appearance on The Zack Lang Show where they commented on Cabello’s shocking departure and also sent some love to 5H in the process.
“We were really shocked. We love Fifth Harmony. We think they’re a great group, and they still will be,” said Jade Thirlwall, according to Teen Vogue. “They’re still four incredible performers and singers.”
Little Mix may have been sad to hear that 5H is down a member but even so, it’s clear that the “Shoutout to My Ex” singers are incredibly supportive of Cabello’s choice to pursue her solo career.
“In life you just have to do what makes you happy,” said Jesy Nelson. “If [Cabello] wasn’t happy, she wasn’t happy. They’ll continue without her and they’re amazing.”
The good news is, fans of the “Black Magic” singers won’t have to worry about Little Mix parting ways for quite some time. In fact, it sounds like the quartet is sticking together like glue!
