Katy Perry’s new music video is finally here!

On Tuesday, Perry released her video for “Chained to the Rhythm” and it’s definitely funky.

“WELCOME TO 🎢🎡🎠OBLIVIA🎠🎢🎡 WHERE EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS ROSY. Directed by Mathew Cullen FT @SkipMarley #CTTRVIDEO 🥀,” Perry captioned a photo of her from the video.

In the video, we see Perry taking in all the sights and attractions at the amusement park, Oblivia.

It’s like stepping back into the ‘50s with the styles, colors and lifestyles, but with a futuristic twist.

Now that the video has been released, the 32-year-old singer has been promoting her song even more and even interacting with fans on Twitter.

When MTV UK tweeted about the video saying it’s “super trippy,” Perry replied saying, “Almost absurd!”

Pitchfork tweeted that the video takes place in a “technicolor dystopian amusement park,” which is SO on point. Perry then jokingly wrote, “am I cool yet.”

We’d say the answer to her question is a definite “yes”!
