In 2001, Jennifer Aniston won her very first solo People’s Choice Award and she was SO happy about it.

The Friends actress won for Favorite Female Television Performer and her speech was all about her love of Friends, the cast and those who made it possible.

“Wow, okay, thank you so much. I don’t have any of these,” Aniston said when she first got on stage. “My gosh, from the people, what could be more special? Thank you.”

The actress went on to to talk all about playing the role of Rachel Green and we just can’t get enough of it.

“I just feel so lucky to have this job, and go to work every day and just be really silly, and laugh a lot. It’s an unbelievable honor,” she said.

Of course, Friends wouldn’t be as good as it was without the rest of the fabulous cast, and Aniston totally knows that.

“This cast, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Courteney Cox, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, who could ever ask for actors that are more inspiring? I am a better actor because of you,” she said pointing to Kudrow and Schwimmer who were also in attendance. “You know and I share this with all of you, I do, and that’s not part of the new contract or anything.”

After getting some laughs for her contract joke, the blonde beauty thanked even more people who helped get her to that stage in her career.

“Marta, and David and Kevin and our writers who are never lazy, and the work is continually genius and wonderful and inspiring and fun,” Aniston continued.

This might’ve been Aniston’s first People’s Choice win, but she went on to win the same category three more times…in a row, making it four total in this category.
