Chris Pratt might be keeping a lot of things under wrap when it comes to Jurassic World 2, but one thing he did reveal is that it’s “scarier” than fans might be expecting.

While promoting his new Marvel film, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Pratt was asked by Screen Rant if he was allowed to say anything about the upcoming dinosaur film — in which he reprises his role as dinosaur trainer, Owen. Pratt gave a short but telling answer.

He told Screen Rant that the sequel could be described as, “scarier, darker, and unexpected.”

Okay, all three of those words put us on edge. Scarier? Why, scarier, aren’t giant dinosaurs that are trained by the government scary enough?

As for darker and unexpected, those words have us yearning for more details about what’s to come. We can only imagine how it would get darker, and unexpected is surprisingly what we would expect from the movie franchise.

Pratt’s sentiments are very similar to the film’s director, J.A. Bayona, who previously described the future film as both “darker” and “shocking.” These words are definitely giving us a little bit of anxiety. We NEED more details, ASAP!

What do you think is going to happen in the next Jurassic World installment? Who do you hope returns?

Jurassic World 2 hits theaters on June 22, 2018.
