Harry Styles is coming to a city near you.
On the heels of the release of his first solo single, Styles is embarking on his first solo world tour. The singer announced the news via Twitter on Friday (April 28), writing “See.You.Soon.”
Soon might not be early enough for some fans. The tour actually kicks off on September 19 in San Francisco — but a five month wait to see Harry Styles isn’t so bad, right?
Judging from the immediate reaction on Twitter — some fans are already pushing Styles to add their city to his list of tour stops, while others have started pitching fellow One Direction members as opening acts — we wouldn’t be surprised if the tour sells out quickly.
One fan put it best, writing on Twitter, “I hope you know getting tickets for your concerts is going to start WW3.”
It’s been a busy month for Styles. In addition to dropping his first single, “Sign of the Times,” on April 7, the singer also announced his debut album, the self-titled Harry Styles. Between those announcements, a week-long residency on The Late Late Show with James Corden, and now this upcoming tour, it looks like the singer is gearing up for an even busier few months ahead. Not that we (or any of his fans) are complaining.
