It’s been 15 years since the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants book first hit shelves and more than 10 years since the first movie. Although we’ve been been able to follow our favorite Sisterhood characters through five novels and two movies, we still want to know what the girls are up to now.

In an interview with Teen Vogue, the author of the Sisterhood books, Ann Brashares, revealed what she thinks Tibby, Lena, Carmen and Bridget would be doing in 2017.

“Since I finished writing Sisterhood Everlasting, which comes back and talks about their lives ten years later, which is, by this time now, a while ago. But there’s a sense that they were really laying down roots,” Brashares told Teen Vogue.

So what exactly would those roots look like?

“And they’re finding out ways to lay down roots and have them intertwine in each other’s lives. So they’re starting to set up families, and make a second generation of little ones,” she explained. “I see that continuing. I think I set a lot of that in motion at the end of that last book.”

Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants with babies? We would LOVE to see that.

While Brashares didn’t say whether or not another Sisterhood film or novel is in the works, she did make it seem like there’s more story to tell. The actresses from the franchise have also been teasing a comeback, and according to Blake Lively, it would definitely be for a more mature audience.

“We wouldn’t be making a movie for 16-year-olds again,” Lively told Entertainment Weekly Radio last year. “We would be making a movie trusting that our audience grew up with us. I think that would be really interesting to explore.”

Considering both Lively and costar Amber Tamblyn are mothers now, it’d be interesting to see the Sisterhood characters passing around a magical diaper bag along with jeans in the next installment.

What would you like to see the four BFFs doing in 2017? Do you want another Sisterhood movie?
