How I Met Your Mother ended in 2014 and there are already talks of a revival.

During a recent conference call about Fox’s fall schedule, Chairman and CEO of Fox Television Group Dana Walden told reporters that there’s definitely a chance we’ll see Ted Mosby (Josh Radnor) and the rest of the MacLaren’s gang back in action again sometime soon.

“At some point, I would hope we would have the opportunity to reunite those characters and tell new stories if [creators] Craig [Thomas] and Carter [Bays] have the opportunity to do that,” Dana Walden told reporters on the call via E! News.

Starring Neil Patrick Harris, Jason Segel, Alyson Hannigan, Josh Radnor and Cobie Smulders, HIMYM ran on CBS for nine seasons, and it still wasn’t enough. We loved almost everything about the hit comedy, and the series finale still has us reeling and a little angry. While we all know who the mother actually is now, that doesn’t mean there aren’t more storylines for the hilarious squad to explore.
