Nina Dobrev has had a pretty great year so far, but we’re already focused on what’s ahead for her in 2018, namely, her project, Departures.

There’s no question that the movie has a great storyline — it follows a hypochondriac baggage handler (Asa Butterfield), who faces his fears while helping a teenager with a terminal illness (Game of Thrones’ Maisie Williams) finish off her bucket list — but did you know it also has a fun CW connection?

While we might’ve missed it when the cast was first announced, Dobrev is actually teaming up with fellow CW star Tyler Hoechlin for the movie, and we are now even more excited to see it. The two never worked together on The CW, so it’ll be exciting to see them cross paths here.

If you blinked, you might not have noticed that Dobrev’s most recent on-set post from Departures actually features the Supergirl actor. Hoechiln is set to play Frank while Dobrev is playing Izzy. These characters are a far cry from what we’ve come to know these CW stars as.

Dobrev’s character appears to be a flight attendant, while Hoechlin’s role is that of one of the main baggage handlers, who wears those neon-striped vests and big headphone on the tarmac. It’s SO different than that of a human/doppelgänger/vampire, and Clark Kent aka Superman, don’t you think?

“Stair masters #DeparturesMovie🎬,” TVD alum captioned her funny boomerang on set.

Dobrev and Hoechlin aren’t the only TV stars starring in this film, however. In addition to Williams, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt star Tituss Burgess and Jessie’s Peyton List are also part of the the airport-set movie.

With so many TV actors teaming up to hang out in an airport, who wouldn’t want to check in for this film?

Departures is set to hit theaters sometime in 2018.
