Nathan Fillion and Alan Tudyk reunited over the weekend and the photo from their hangout session is bound to give you all the Firefly feels!

Firefly may have gotten the axe too soon, but it’s clear the cast is still super close. In fact, it’s not uncommon to see Fillion and Tudyk hanging out together. Even so, the actors’ latest photo together is bound to strike a chord in the hearts of Browncoats everywhere.

Amidst taking a break on the lake together, Tudyk and Fillion took a moment to step into familiar roles for a photo which features Tudyk steering the boat, and Fillion striking a perfect captain’s pose as he stares off into the horizon.

“Something so familiar about this…” wrote Fillion in the caption of the photo, which he uploaded to Facebook.

As Firefly fans will be quick to catch on to, the pose is perfect given that Tudyk’s Walsh served as the pilot of the spaceship Serenity, while Fillion played Captain Mal Reynolds.

Here’s hoping Filllion’s next reunion involves some of his old castmates from Castle! As much as we love seeing the Firefly gang get together, we can’t be the only ones hoping to see Fillion reunite with some of his old pals from the NYPD precinct!
