Can you believe Pretty Little Liars is over? We’re still reeling from the series finale and that final scene, which gave us major season 1 vibes.

On Tuesday (June 28), PLL aired its final episode after seven seasons and in the end it was just like the beginning. Okay, a LOT has changed since season 1, including the Liars getting married and having children, and of course the unveiling of A, and AD. What hasn’t changed however, is that high school girls in Rosewood are still finding themselves at the center of mystery.

In the final scene of PLL, four new girls, who are teens at Rosewood High School, are having a sleepover. And just like the moment we all met Aria (Lucy Hale), Spencer (Troian Bellisario), Emily (Shay  Mitchell), and Hanna (Ashley Benson), the teens wake up in the middle of the night to find that one of their friends (named Addison… sounds like Alison right?) is gone!

Sleepovers in Rosewood are NEVER a good idea, why hasn’t anyone figured that out yet?!

Based on this scene, and its similarities to the pilot episode of the show, we’re wondering if a spinoff could be in the works.

We all want a reunion between the original Liars someday, and the cast isn’t opposed to it — thank goodness — but what about a new series with a new mystery? Four girls, living in Rosewood, who must band together to find out what happened to their fifth friend, is SO a call for a spinoff.

See what Twitter has to say about the final scene and a potential spinoff below.
