The This Is Us family will be a bit more stable come season 2.

It was previously reported that both Jon Huertas (who plays Miguel) and Alexandra Breckinridge (who plays Sophie) have been upgraded to series regulars in season 2, but it turns out they’re not the only actors being promoted. Almost all of the Pearson kids have also been bumped up to regulars ahead of the drama’s sophomore season.

According to Deadline, Hannah Zeile (teenage Kate), Niles Fitch (teenage Randall), and Logan Shroyer (teenage Kevin), have all earned their spots as season 2 regulars. Mackenzie Hancsicsak and Parker Bates, who play young Kate and Kevin, respectively, will also be coming on full-time.

The only child actor not to get a promotion is Lonnie Chavis, who plays young Randall — but there’s a good reason for that. As Deadline reports, while Chavis will still be on the show as usual, his work on on Showtime’s White Famous (as a series regular) prevents him from signing a series regular contract with NBC.

It’s not just the Pearson tots who are getting a status change. This Is Us is also promoting Faithe Herman and Eris Baker, who portray Randall’s (Sterling K. Brown) kids, Annie and Tess, respectively.

Here’s hoping these upgrades mean we get to see even more of all the kids on the drama come season 2!

This Is Us returns for its second season on September 26, 2017 at 9 p.m. on NBC.
