Life on the set of The Big Bang Theory is not always full of laughs, sometimes, people actually get hurt. In fact, Kaley Cuoco was injured last season while filming a gag.

On Friday (July 21), the cast of CBS’ most successful comedy took the stage at San Diego Comic-Con 2017. During their panel, everyone’s favorite nerds talked about the upcoming season and the one time Cuoco sustained a bloody injury after trying to prank the crew with costar Johnny Galecki.

After TBBT writer Steve Molaro, cued up an outtake from season 6 on stage, Cuoco had to come clean about her on-set injury. As reported by EW, the actress said that she and Galecki — who portray Penny and Leonard, respectively — decided to add their own touch to a season 6 fight scene because they thought it’d be funny if the date went really, really wrong. Well, it did go wrong — but for all the wrong reasons, as Cuoco ended up hitting her head on a chair, and split open her eyebrow.

“I had to go get stitches that day. We had to change the blocking,” Cuoco told fans and reporters at the panel via  EW. “I got back, and there were all these signs: No more fun allowed!”

According to TV Line, in a clip shown at the panel on Friday, you couldn’t actually see Cuoco’s head bleeding, but you could here her on the floor saying, “I’m okay. I’m okay. Just get me a napkin.”

Sometimes pranks are better left to the professionals — or maybe scrapped from set altogether!

The Big Bang Theory returns for its 11th season on September 25, 2017 on CBS.
