Descendants 2 has been breaking records since its debut on Friday (July 21), and based on how good the movie is, we’re not that surprised!

In addition to reaching 13 million viewers during its simultaneous premiere across six networks, the second Descendants filmwhich stars Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson, China Anne McClain and more, has also been taking over the charts, or rather iTunes, since it was released last week.

According to the Disney Channel, when the Descendants 2 soundtrack was released on Friday it hit number one on the Top Soundtrack chart and number three on the Top Albums chart. As of Monday, Descendants 2’s soundtrack, which features songs like, “It’s Goin’ Down” and “Chillin’ Like a Villain” was the number one album on all of iTunes!

“WE HAVE THE NUMBER 1 ALBUM IN THE WORLD. THANK YOU INFINITELY#Descendants2,” Carson, who plays Evie in the film, wrote on Twitter after seeing the news.

In fact, the Descendants 2 soundtrack is still at the number one spot on the overall Top Albums’ chart today (July 25), and it remains at the top spot on the Soundtrack Albums’ chart, beating out Hamilton and Baby Driver’s soundtracks.

When it comes to singles, the film’s soundtrack has five songs in the top 50 tracks on iTunes — including “It’s Goin Down,” “What’s My Name?” and “Chillin’ Like A Villain” — which is pretty impressive, even beating out Ed Sheeran’s “Shape of You” for one of the spots. “You and Me” and “Ways to Be Wicked” also beat out Harry Styles‘ “Sign of the Times” (which, to be fair, was released in March) on the chart!

To make things even better, Descendants 2 is currently sitting at number one for Top TV Seasons on iTunes. Seriously, this TV movie is kicking butt in basically every category, and we’re so excited about it. Now, there is even more reason for Disney Channel to give us a Descendants 3, don’t you think?
