Ariana Grande is the latest singer to cancel one of her performances, and we totally feel for her.
This week, Grande took to Instagram Stories to tell her fans that she was going to be canceling her upcoming show in Vietnam. The “Side to Side” singer is currently on her Dangerous Woman World Tour, and was set to perform in Ho Chi Minh City tonight (Aug. 23), but that is no longer the case.
“My babes in Vietnam, I apologize from the bottom of my heart but I’m really dealing with some health problems at the moment,” Grande said on Instagram Stories as reported by Just Jared.
The “Dangerous Woman” singer explained that even though she is currently in Vietnam, her health problems are too much for her to take the stage, and she’s just as heartbroken as her fans about the situation.
“I came here to Vietnam, so excited to perform, my doctor won’t allow me to do the show for you tonight. I’m so so sorry. There is nothing I hate to do more than to do this but I promise to make it up to you in the future,” she continued. “I love you and thank you for understanding.”
With Justin Bieber cancelling the second leg of his Purpose World Tour in July, and Katy Perry recently postponing the beginning of her tour, fans have been dealing with a lot of disappointing concert news lately.
Hopefully Grande gets better and is able to finish out the rest of her tour, which is set to continue on Saturday in China, and go through the end of September.
No matter what happens show-wise, we just want Grande to feel better and get healthy soon!
