Dove Cameron is everywhere, and we mean everywhere these days, and that’s just the way she wants it.

Some fans know Cameron as a Disney Channel darling, while others consider her a Broadway baby, and when it comes to what the Washington native wants, well, the answer seems to be everything.

“I plan on doing it all. I plan on doing Broadway, film, television, music, all of it,” Cameron told Flaunt magazine during an August interview.

Cameron made her acting debut in 2012, and in 2013 she made her first big splash after landing the lead roles (she played twins Liv and Maddie Rooney) on Disney Channel’s Liv and Maddie. Although she’s made a name for herself as a Disney star, she’s not ready to be painted into one specific box, and based on her talent level, she shouldn’t be.

“My career is kind of all over the place but that’s how I want it,” she told the publication. “I’m not cut out for Hollywood the way it was handed to me.”

In addition to conquering TV, Cameron made the jump to the big screen with 2015’s Barely Lethal alongside Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner and Hailee Steinfeld, and that’s just the beginning.

Showing off both her acting chops and vocal abilities, Cameron performed live as Amber Von Tussle in 2016’s Hairspray Live! and Sophie in Mamma Mia! at the Hollywood Bowl this summer. Now, all we need is a solo music career, which according to Cameron she’s not ruling out.

The one thing you can count on from the actress and singer is that she will keep it real. “I don’t want to do anything unless it’s extremely authentic,” she added.
