This Is Us is just weeks away from its season 2 premiere, and fans can barely contain their excitement. Luckily, we have a new tease to get you ready for the upcoming season, but prepare yourself it’s quite a shocker!

On Saturday (Sept. 9), Dan Fogelman (aka the mastermind behind the NBC series) posted a picture on Twitter of one the Big Three doing something a little unexpected, and now we have so many questions.

“September 26th. Let’s go. #ThisIsUs,” Fogelman simply captioned an image of Justin Hartley, who plays Kevin Pearson on the hit drama, which costars Mandy Moore, Milo Ventimiglia, Chrissy Metz, and Sterling K. Brown.

The picture shows Kevin seemingly about to propose in Paris (while the location isn’t specified, you can clearly see the Eiffel tower in the background). From the moment that Fogelman posted the tease fans have been sounding off on what they think it could mean, and there are many possibilities.

For one, Kevin could really be proposing — potentially to his his ex-wife Sophie (Alexandra Breckenridge). The actress was upgraded to a series regular for season 2, which means we’ll be seeing a lot more of Sophie on the show — a development that makes sense if she’s planning to tie the knot with Kevin.

On the other hand, Kevin is an actor, so perhaps this image is from one of his upcoming movies. We already know that Kevin will be working on a Ron Howard war movie in season 2 (with Sylvester Stallone as his costar!), and there’s a chance this shot could be for that project. Then again, a romantic proposal scene does seem as if it’d be a little out of place in a war movie.

Or maybe, it is all a dream and Kevin never even leaves the States. There are so many scenarios!
