The countdown until The Big Bang Theory season 11 premiere is underway, and we can barely contain our excitement! Ahead of the show’s return, Kaley Cuoco teased how she thinks fans will feel about the opening episode — and now we really can’t wait for the CBS sitcom to be back on air.
Cuoco, who plays Penny on the CBS comedy, recently stopped by Extra’s live studio at Universal Studios Hollywood and told the show’s host Mario Lopez, what we can expect when TBBT comes back later this month, and it’s all good news for fans!
“It’s cool. I know we left a big cliffhanger for season 10 with Sheldon and Amy, so I can safely say that you will all be very happy with the opening episode,” Cuoco told Lopez during her Extra interview. “All the questions will be answered.”
Although Cuoco didn’t give anything away, she did tell us that there will be answers, so at least we can look forward to closure of some sort with Sheldon and Amy.
The 31-year-old actress has been talking about TBBT a lot lately, and has already mapped out her plan as to how she thinks the series should end. Don’t worry, the cast is already on board for one more season after this one, but after that all bets are off.
“I’d be happy to go as long as we can, but I would like to go out on a high note,” she told CBS News earlier this month. “I’d prefer to go out while we’re doing well.”
We’d prefer the sitcom stay on air forever, or at least a few more seasons, but for now, we’re focused on the upcoming season, and all those answers that Cuoco promised!
The Big Bang Theory returns for season 11 on September 25, 2017 on CBS.
