Get excited, Ed Sheeran fans, because the British singer is heading to North America again in 2018 for his biggest tour yet.
After releasing his third studio album, ÷ (Divide) in March 2017, Sheeran has been dominating the airways. The “Castle on the Hill” singer has already been touring all over the world, as well as in the United States (he’s in Pittsburgh tomorrow, and was just in Boston and Washington D.C.), but now he’s ready to take things to the next level. Sheeran just announced a 2018 tour will find him playing (and we’re guessing selling out) stadiums — massive stadiums!
“First batch of North America Stadium shows announced today, go to http://www.edsheeran.com for the list and to register for the fan pre sale x,” Sheeran shared on Instagram along with a fun video of him dressed in stadium jerseys, like the New England Patriots, and the St. Louis Cardinals.
With these new dates, Sheeran will be coming back to the States, after performing in Australia, Japan, the UK and more throughout 2018, and will hit 15 different stadiums across the US.
The venues will include the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, California (which is where the stadium tour portion will kick off on August 18, 2018), CenturyLink Field (home of the Seattle Seahawks) in Seattle, Washington, Gillette Stadium (home of the New England Patriots) in Foxboro, Massachusetts, and more.
Check out the full list of stadium venues here, and get ready to see Sheeran like you’ve never seen him before!
