Bruno Mars is about to sprinkle some of his personal brand of “24K Magic” on primetime television!

Rolling Stone reports that Mars will be hitting the stage of New York City’s famed Apollo Theater for an upcoming primetime television special set to air on CBS in November.

Titled Bruno Mars: 24K Magic Live at the Apollo, fans first caught wind of the upcoming special after Mars was seen performing on top of the Apollo marquee over the weekend.

According to the New York Daily News, Mars plans to shoot footage for the upcoming special in front of two different studio audiences.

Mars won’t be the only one taking center stage during his upcoming special. In addition to performances and interviews, the “Uptown Funk” singer will also be getting up close and personal with the surrounding neighborhood of Harlem.

As part of the show, Mars will hit the streets to entertain locals in segments that promise to be “exciting, intimate, must-see moments.”

In a statement announcing the forthcoming special, Mars’ co-producer on the event, Ben Winston, spoke of what makes the “Versace On The Floor” singer the perfect performer to headline a television event such as this.

“For me, Bruno Mars is the greatest performer in the world,” said Winston. “To be producing his first television special is a true honor. This will be a special show and a special night.”

Mars is no stranger to entertaining television audiences. On top of performing at countless awards shows, the singer also wowed viewers when he hit the stage as part of the Super Bowl Halftime Show in both 2014 and in 2016.

Even so, 24K Magic Live at the Apollo marks a milestone in the singer’s career as it’ll be the first time Mars headlines his own television special.

Between the interviews, performances, and more, it looks like we’ll have to clear some space in our calendars — Bruno Mars’ upcoming special sounds like it’s bound to be a can’t-miss television event!

Bruno Mars: 24K Magic Live at the Apollo airs November 29 on CBS.
