Blake Shelton is already gearing up for a pretty busy 2018, and for his fans that’s a really good thing.
On Tuesday (Dec. 5), The Voice coach announced that he has another big concert performance coming next summer, and if you’re in the Midwest this one’s for you!
“I told y’all I’d be back!! See y’all at @countryjam in Eau Claire, WI on July 21st!” Shelton wrote on Twitter along with a photo of him on stage at a previous Country Jam festival.
Every year in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, there is a massive country music festival called Country Jam USA, and this year the Sunday night headliner is going to be none other than Shelton himself. The festival will also have Justin Moore, Dustin Lynch and many other big names and it will take place from July 19th through July 21st.
The good news is that this will only be one of many performances that the “I’ll Name the Dogs” singer will be doing next year. Shelton previously announced that he is going back on tour for the Country Music Freaks Tour, which will have him as the headliner, and fellow country stars Brett Eldredge, Trace Atkins and Carly Pierce will join him as openers.
Basically, if you love country music and you love Blake Shelton, than 2018 is the year to see him live in concert. Plus, with Shelton’s latest record, Texoma Shore, out right now, you can learn all the songs with plenty of time before you’ll want to be singing them along to his voice on stage — it’s a win-win.
