Jason Mraz really can do it all when it comes to music. Whether it’s live performances, acoustic sets or Broadway — the singer is doing it all in 2018.
As many fans know, Mraz is currently playing Dr. Pomatter in the Broadway show, Waitress, but what they might not know is that in addition to continuing that role into next year, he is also going on the road… to play his own songs.
“I’m hitting the road in March for three more weeks of solo acoustic shows,” Mraz tweeted on Wednesday (Dec. 6) along with a link to his website and the full list of dates.
This is great news, because if you’re not a fan living in New York City, or visiting NYC between now and the end of January to see Mraz in Waitress alongside Sara Bareilles, you have the chance to see the singer in his other element, on stage by himself, in concert.
The “I’m Yours” singer’s acoustic shows will be solo events, and will actually begin with two shows in February on February 1, 2018 and February 2, 2018 in Niagara Falls. When he goes on the road in March he will kick off his acoustic sets with a show in Raleigh, North Carolina on March 8th.
Mraz’s intimate and bare-roots tour will feature stops in Orlando, Miami, Baton Rouge, San Antonio, Tusla, and more. It will wrap up in Little Rock, Arkansas on March 31st, and we’re so ready for this brief, but totally fitting series of shows.
Pre-sale and public tickets sale dates and times vary, so for more information check out Mraz’s website and make sure to get your seat as soon as you can.
