During a recent interview with The Sun via Just Jared Jr., Jonas opened up about his Irish friend by saying that he is a big fan of his music, and that Horan isn’t going anywhere, and we couldn’t agree more.
“I think he’ll have the longest career. [His music] is incredible,” Jonas told The Sun via Just Jared Jr. about his pal Horan. “Every song he has is a classic and it’s lodged in your brain. I think we’ve only begun to see what he’s going to deliver to us.”
Since the “Slow Hands” singer has already talked about wanting to get to work on a sophomore album, it’s safe to say that it is in fact only the beginning of what he plans to show his fans. As someone who is close with the former 1D singer, Jonas is also confident that Horan’s success won’t go to his head and affect his songwriting.
“Plus, the guy is chill, super laid back, nothing fazes him,” he noted. “Being famous, whatever. There’s nothing flashy, he’s just cool and chill.”
The “Find You” singer was a part of a group before breaking out into his successful solo career, so clearly he has a lot in common with Horan. Now all we need — and seriously want — is for these two artists to team up musically and do a real collaboration.
