Scotty McCreery is ready to debut his third studio album, and when he does it’ll show off how much he’s changed over the past few years — the past five years to be exact.

In 2013, McCreery dropped his sophomore album, See You Tonight, and come 2018, fans of the country music singer will finally get another record, and it’s going to be personal.

“It’s kind of my journal of the last few years: the ups and the downs,” McCreery told Billboard about his next album. “Whenever I think things are not going well, I’ve learned to just wait it out because the seasons change. If you want to know who I am and where I’m at right now, listen to this album. I feel like I’m having a conversation with everyone that listens. It’s that personal.”

The former American Idol winner’s album will be called Seasons Change, which is very appropriate based on its content. The “personal” songs will really show off McCreery’s journey as an artist and a person, and next spring fans will be able to hear it.

While we did get a single from the singer in 2017, it’s clear that 2018 will be all about new starts and songs for the “Five More Minutes” singer. Until the album’s release you can familiarize yourself with the track list, which is listed here, and get ready for March, when it finally drops. Plus, with the new year just around the corner, we could be getting another single off the album very soon!

Seasons Change drops on March 16, 2018.
