Victoria Justice might be heading back to television, but not in the way you’d expect.
As a part of her cover story interview with LeFair magazine, Justice opened up about stepping behind the camera. In addition to starring in the film Bigger, the actress revealed she’s been busy developing her own TV show. Pretty exciting, right?
“I’m working on developing my own show right now. It’s been really fun creating it from the ground up. I’m really enjoying the process,” Justice told LeFair in regard to her TV plans. “Right now, I’m meeting with writers and home in on exactly what I want it to be. I’ll be getting ready to pitch it soon.”
While many fans know and love Justice from her days on Victorious, her new show will not be catered towards children or families, but instead is something that is of interest to the actress herself.
“No, I wanted to create something that I would want to watch. It’s exciting that I get to create something I would want to be a part of and also watch on TV,” she said when asked if it was a family show. “It’s still in development, which doesn’t mean it will necessarily go into production. Either way, I’m learning a lot. We’ll see what happens. Fingers crossed. You never know.”
Fingers crossed, indeed! We’d love to see Justice back in the TV world, even if it’s not just in front of the camera. What do you think, would you watch a Justice-developed series?
