Fans aren’t the only ones trying to get mentally prepared for Sunday’s episode of This Is Us. Mandy Moore has already seen it, and she’s still not ready to come to terms with what happens.

After a week of teasers and knowing that Super Bowl Sunday’s episode of the NBC drama will finally show us Jack’s death (seriously, we’re not ready for this), it comes as no surprise that even the cast is shook after seeing it come to life on screen.

“Watched The Super Bowl episode last night with the cast and I’m still not okay,” Moore captioned a photo of herself on Instagram stories via Entertainment Tonight after seeing the episode. In the picture she was looking away from the camera and had masks under her eyes ‚ perhaps from getting teary-eyed during the cast viewing party – and we’re even more nervous about what’s to come now.

Last week, when it became clear that the Super Bowl episode was going to be a big one, Moore told Entertainment Tonight that we would be getting “closure,” but we’re sure it also means lots of tears.

“I can’t wait for fans to see our Super Bowl episode. People will get a lot of answers and will be able to move forward,” Moore told the publication. “I think for everybody’s sake it’ll be a good thing.”

While we really do want to find out how Jack dies—instead of just piecing things together for two seasons now—Moore’s reaction is giving us a little anxiety. The good news is that the episode is so close to airing, so we will finally get answers and join Moore’s “not okay” club.

This Is Us airs on Sunday, February 4, 2018 after the Super Bowl at 7:15 p.m. PT on NBC.
