Keith Urban is going big this spring — Texas big, that is, as one of the headliners for a massive country festival in May.
On Tuesday (Feb. 13), iHeartMedia announced the official lineup for their fifth annual iHeartCountry Festival, and Urban is ready to take the stage and make country fans in Austin, Texas happy.
“We’ll see you in May, @iHeartCountry Festival ’18! 🎤🙌,” Urban tweeted alongside a photo of himself promoting the big concert.
Urban will be one of many big country stars heading to Austin on May 5, 2018, and all of a sudden we want to throw on our cowboy boots and go to Texas! Luke Bryan, Dustin Lynch, Cole Swindell, Sugarland, and more will also grace the iHeartCountry Festival stage this spring, and it’s definitely a mega country festival to try and make.
“What makes this Festival special is that it is the one night the A-list of Country Music comes together to perform live, collaborate with friends and spend time together as a family,” president of Entertainment Enterprises for iHeartMedia John Sykes said in a statement via Variety. “Everyone stays to support each other until the last band has walked off stage.”
If you can’t make the iHeartCountry Festival this year, don’t worry Urban fans, because the “Blue Ain’t Your Color” singer will be beginning his Graffitti U World Tour in June of 2018, and there will be plenty of tour stops all of the United States to look forward to.
